ADVENT
Advanced Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists is a provider of otolaryngology (“ENT”) services in Illinois and Wisconsin, seeking to improve patient outcomes by identifying, diagnosing, and treating the root causes of breathing and sleeping issues. The Company is a specialty ENT practice, primarily focused on performing in-office balloon sinuplasty, a minimally invasive procedure that uses a sinus balloon to open blocked passageways. ADVENT employs a unique operating model that improves patient care and outcomes by focusing physician time on procedures and leveraging Advanced Practice Practitioners (“APPs”) for initial patient evaluations and certain post-op visits.
