ADVENT
Advanced Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists is a provider of otolaryngology (“ENT”) services out of 39 clinics in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee, seeking to improve patient outcomes by identifying, diagnosing, and treating the root causes of breathing and sleeping issues such as sleep apnea, chronic snoring and significant sinus congestion. The Company is a specialty ENT practice, primarily focused on performing in-office, minimally invasive procedures that significantly improve the blocked nasal passageways. ADVENT employs a unique operating model that enables physicians to focus on develop patients clinical journeys, diagnosing issues and performing procedures, while Advanced Practice Practioners are (“APPs”) are performing initial patient evaluations and certain post-op visits.
