Mentis, founded in 2006 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, is a leading provider of inpatient and outpatient postacute neuro-rehabilitative care to persons with an acquired brain injury (“ABI”). The Company utilizes an interdisciplinary clinical model with customized modified care plans that focus on each patient’s specific behavioral, clinical and social deficiencies.
